A Dragons Vault UK bundle is a Japanese Pokémon opening bundle made up of selected Japanese booster packs. Each bundle includes a verified order code and the option to have your packs opened live or shipped sealed.

We currently offer three main bundles: Entry Vault Bundle, Dragon's Vault Hit Bundle and Mega Vault Bundle. Each bundle offers a different pack count and opening experience.

Yes. We source Japanese Pokémon booster packs from Japanese suppliers and package them as Dragons Vault UK opening bundles.

If you choose the live opening option, your bundle is opened during our scheduled livestream using your unique order code. Your order code is shown before opening so you can clearly identify your bundle.

Live openings are planned for 8PM UK time. Any schedule changes will be announced on our website and social media pages.

No. You do not need to be watching live, but we recommend joining if you can. If you miss the livestream, clips or updates may be shared afterwards where possible.

Your hits are sleeved, your order is packed securely, and your cards are shipped to the delivery address used at checkout.

No Hit Protection applies to live-opened orders only. If your live-opened bundle does not pull a qualifying hit, we open backup packs live until a qualifying hit is pulled.

A qualifying hit is any card with a rarity of RR, AR, SR, SAR, UR, MUR or higher. Standard commons, uncommons, regular rares and standard holographic cards do not count as qualifying hits.

No. No Hit Protection applies only to live-opened orders. Sealed orders do not qualify because the opening cannot be verified once the bundle has left our hands.

No. For live-opened orders, we open backup packs live until a qualifying hit is pulled. We do not replace the full bundle.

Yes. At checkout you can choose the sealed delivery option if you prefer to open your bundle at home.

No. Sealed orders are final-sale blind collectible products and do not qualify for No Hit Protection.

Yes. Customers are welcome to record their openings and share them with us. Opening videos may be used for community rewards or social features, but they do not activate No Hit Protection.

Yes. Dragons Vault UK is UK-based and ships to UK customers.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Live-opened orders are packed after the livestream. Sealed orders are packed and dispatched based on normal order processing times.

Orders are packed securely using protective packaging. Hits from live openings are sleeved and protected before shipping.

Where tracked shipping is used, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed, shipped or opened live. Once a bundle has been opened live or shipped sealed, cancellation is not available.

No. Opened trading card products and blind collectible products cannot be returned once opened.

Sealed bundle returns may only be considered if the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before returning anything.

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and contents so we can review the issue.

An order code is a unique code used to match your order to your bundle during livestream openings.

Your order code will be linked to your Shopify order and may be included in your order confirmation or shown during the livestream.

Order codes help make live openings transparent. They allow customers to clearly identify their own bundle during the livestream.
