This website is operated by Dragons Vault UK. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dragons Vault UK.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

Dragons Vault UK sells Japanese Pokémon booster pack bundles, live opening bundles, sealed delivery bundles and related collectible products.

Product contents may vary depending on stock availability, but each bundle will match the advertised bundle type, pack count and product description.

2. Live Opening Orders

If you choose the live opening option, you agree that your bundle will be opened during a Dragons Vault UK livestream.

Each live opening order is assigned a unique order code. This code is used to identify your order during the livestream.

Once a bundle has been opened live, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because the sealed product has been opened and the contents have been revealed.

3. Sealed Delivery Orders

If you choose sealed delivery, your bundle will be packed and shipped sealed for you to open at home.

No Hit Protection does not apply to sealed delivery orders.

4. No Hit Protection

No Hit Protection applies to live-opened orders only.

If a live-opened bundle does not pull a qualifying hit, Dragons Vault UK will open backup packs live until a qualifying hit is pulled.

A qualifying hit is RR, AR, SR, SAR, UR, MUR or higher rarity. Standard commons, uncommons, regular rares and standard holographic cards do not count as qualifying hits.

No Hit Protection does not guarantee a specific card, card value, grade, rarity beyond the stated qualifying hit definition, or chase card.

5. Blind Collectible Products

Trading card products are blind collectible products. Pull rates, card values, card condition, rarity outcomes and market values are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Customers understand that sealed and live-opened trading card products contain randomised contents.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time.

Stock is limited and subject to availability. If an item is sold out, customers will not be able to purchase it unless stock is added again.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or stock errors.

7. Order Codes

Order codes are used for verification and transparency during live openings.

Customers should keep their order confirmation and order code for reference.

8. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Dragons Vault UK is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened booster packs, live-opened orders and opened blind collectible products cannot be returned for change of mind.

10. Age and Responsible Purchasing

Customers must be old enough to make purchases online using their chosen payment method.

Trading card products should be purchased responsibly. Dragons Vault UK does not guarantee profit, card value or investment return.

11. Intellectual Property

All Dragons Vault UK branding, website content, images, logos and written content belong to Dragons Vault UK unless otherwise stated.

Pokémon is a trademark of its respective owner. Dragons Vault UK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK.
