Dragons Vault UK ships orders from the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to UK customers.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping times, costs and import rules may vary.

2. Processing Times

Sealed delivery orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Live-opened orders are packed after the livestream has taken place.

During launch periods, restocks, busy livestream nights or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Live-Opened Orders

If you choose live opening, your bundle will be opened during a scheduled livestream. After the livestream, your cards will be packed securely and prepared for shipping.

4. Sealed Orders

If you choose sealed delivery, your bundle will be packed and shipped sealed.

5. Packaging

We aim to package all orders securely.

Hits from live openings are sleeved and protected before shipping. Orders may include protective packaging such as sleeves, team bags, card backing, bubble mailers or postal boxes depending on order type.

6. Tracking

Where tracked shipping is used, tracking information will be provided once available.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and courier performance.

Dragons Vault UK is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will help where possible if there is an issue.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs.

9. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.
